Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) safely and accurately
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for PIT operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to/from the facility
