Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to resolve operational issues.
- Adherence to Safety: Strictly follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent required.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift schedules.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and labeling.
- Reliability: Punctual with a consistent work history.
