Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and freight efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
