Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring items are picked, packed, and shipped according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
