Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy during packing
- Maintain organized warehouse environment through proper stacking
- Document inventory counts using digital scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts monthly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
