Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Load and unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless operations handover
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work variable night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
