Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless transition of operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM) with rotating weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to Coal SE location
