Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and optimize storage space utilization
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on products and packaging to meet company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
