Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production targets.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
