Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and outbound orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with certification
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document workflow activities using our WMS system
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
