Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse supervisors regarding daily operations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible schedules.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
