Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and package inventory during night shift operations
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, 4-5 nights weekly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to North Philadelphia facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
