Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for timely shipment to our clients.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and verifying incoming stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure only high-quality items are shipped.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time every day.
