Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks and inventory audits during shift hours
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety regulations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operational tasks
- Document inventory discrepancies and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to the Harbor View Drive facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
