Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with attention to product integrity and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete required documentation (picking tickets, shipping manifests)
- Adhere to strict security procedures during off-hours operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Monday-Friday)
