Responsibilities
- Execute accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and maintain warehouse organization.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors, documenting discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of inventory and operational status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices or warehouse software.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (preferred but willing to train qualified candidates).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
