Responsibilities
- Execute Fulfillment: Process daily orders with precision using our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move stock efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, ensuring only pristine products leave our dock.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to coordinate workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly; must be comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance and punctuality.
