Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Scan and verify inventory accuracy with precision and speed.
- Packing & Shipping: Package and prepare items for shipping according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communication: Coordinate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required for some driving duties.
