Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts in climate-controlled facility
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Process inbound shipments and prepare for morning delivery routes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Reliable transportation to 1500 N Halsted St (CTA accessible)
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, 3-5 nights weekly
