Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate order fulfillment and packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Perform inventory counts and update stock systems as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
