Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and document discrepancies accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) with precision and care.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during peak operational hours.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (10 PM – 6 AM).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
