Responsibilities
- Perform efficient order picking, packing, and inventory management in warehouse setting
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect and package goods according to quality standards
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital records
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Participate in regular equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Northside Indianapolis facility
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
