What You'll Do
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your key duties will include:
- Efficiently loading and unloading trucks and containers in a safe and timely manner.
- Picking, packing, and scanning orders to ensure accuracy and meet customer demands.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Performing inventory counts and stock rotation to manage inventory levels.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who are:
- Available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
