Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory efficiently during night shifts.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of daily operations.
- Keep workstations organized and clean to meet ISO quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
