Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform basic quality control checks on products before they are shipped to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
