Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely following all protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work nights, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
