Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Packaging: Properly package and label products for shipment or storage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
