Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including stock counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
