Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth operational transition.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance of workstations as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging hours.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
