Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak operational periods.
- Assist in general warehouse upkeep and organization tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
