Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort packages to ensure timely distribution.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
