Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package products for shipment using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to quality control standards and safety regulations at all times
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs to supervisors
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory and documentation tasks
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
