Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight using powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily production targets and quality control standards.
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
