Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in temperature-controlled facility
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Complete quality checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, 3-5 nights weekly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to our Northeast Minneapolis hub
- Background check and drug screen required
