Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow and stock rotation in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Pack and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Complete daily productivity reports using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM (schedule customization available)
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
