- Accurately process and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through efficient stacking, labeling, and safety compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work variable night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with scheduling adjustments
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
