- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to move and organize inventory
- Perform accurate order picking and packing for shipment preparation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital inventory systems
- Adhere to strict security protocols for facility access
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
