Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using warehouse equipment.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Load and unload trailers while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and report issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
