Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Accuracy: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and scanning devices according to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
