Responsibilities
- Perform efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and warehouse policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or WMS systems.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but preferred).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
