Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
