What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting products and preparing them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and clutter-free to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
