Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, sort, and stage incoming shipments according to company protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and organize stock levels accurately.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and workplace protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we train!
