Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of merchandise, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, checking, and inspection of incoming goods for accuracy and condition.
- Pack and label products for shipment using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
