Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and inventory stock using barcode scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work Night Shift schedules (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo safety training for equipment operation.
