Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise according to safety standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and inventory needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or labor is a plus but not required.
