Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing operations, including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity and inventory accuracy.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and operating material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and adapt to rotating schedules.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays as required by business volume.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
