Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas and loading docks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our state-of-the-art WMS.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and correctly to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and operational bottlenecks.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required at time of application.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
