Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and dispatch regarding order priorities and potential delays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts (including overtime).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
