Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and prepare products for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization during night hours.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace adhering to OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices for order processing.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Willingness to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
